The Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Committee Members are all related to the construction industry in various aspects. Some have tragically experienced the loss of a loved one or company employee while on the job site. Construction Angels’s Board Members donate their personal time & energies to provide their expertise because they know there is a massive need, throughout our Country, to help families, and construction companies who have suffered a loss on the job site. CONSTRUCTION ANGELS, INC. is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity. All corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the authority of, and the affairs of Construction Angels shall be managed under the direction of its Volunteer Board of Directors. Each Board Member is charged as an ambassador of Construction Angels. The Board of Directors shall have a meeting or conference call once a month to conduct normal business. Each Member of the Board of Directors shall make a commitment in donations of cash, in-kind services and/or sponsorships on a yearly basis.
